Noise!

We have a 24 hour zero tolerance to noise policy in this building.

Residents work and sleep at all hours of the day and night so please be mindful of noise which may leak from your apartment.

Loud music, banging, bouncing balls, loud talking or yelling from the balcony, etc, will end up with a visit from the building manager.

If you are being disturbed by noise inside your apartment please contact us right away. Don't hesitate to contact us so we can see to the issue. Day or night. Don't wait till 1am!

Management is happy to act as the middleman when it comes to noise issues. So please don't approach who you think is making the noise. It may well not be them. No one will know who complained so peace among neighbours is kept.

We have a 3 warning policy. After the 3rd formal warning the body Corporate may take you to the Tenancy Tribunal, at your expense, and have your tenancy ended.
