Lock outs - Forgot your Keys?

Only residents on the Building Register may be let into an apartment. Please register all people living in your apartment with the Building Manager as required by the Body Corporate Rules.

Lockout Fees

- During office hours it's free! Whoohoo!

- Outside office hours it is $50.00.

- Public Holidays it is $100.00.

This is strictly enforced. Please have your money ready. It's still much cheaper than a locksmith!
