Moving in or Out

MOVING STUFF? Making moving easier!

- Moving in, or out, you must book 48 hours in advance and report to the manager 24 hours before moving.

Booking allows you exclusive use of the elevator, the loading bay, the front door strap.

- The right hand lift may not be used for moving at any time as it will prevent access to and from the rubbish room and carparks.

- Belongings must not be stacked in the lobby. They must be moved from lift to vehicle. Damage to walls, doors, floors and elevators, will be charged to the tenant or landlord.

- DO NOT hold the lift doors open. If the lift beeps, get in or get out. If it is held it will shut down and the cost to reset is $500 mon-fri & $800 sat, sun and public holidays. See the Building Manager to set the lift to manual. It's way easier!

- Please organise your move to take 2-3 hours as you will often not be the only apartment moving. Check out Trade Me for movers or van/truck rentals. Or get your mates in to help! ;P
