As of 31st of October, 2016, the Body Corporate Rules have been added to and/or modified. Please read these rules as they are legally binding and must be adhered to.

These changes have now been legally changed and will now be in effect. Building Management will be enforcing these rules. If you have any questions, or have trouble viewing this document, please contact us.

The Body Corporate Rules are in 3 parts.

- Part 1, 2 & 3 are for Owners and Agents.

- Part 3 is for any owner, resident, tenant, invitee or guest. Part 3 must be given to any tenant as part of their Tenancy Contract.
